Evolving the Product and the Company

The last four weeks have provided an incredible amount of information that can be used to mold the next three to six months of rTag’s growth. Most of what we do here at rTag starts with Neil and I, then I go out and ask our advisers to give their opinions. After that, I go back to Neil and we make a move. This process has accelerated over the last four weeks due the introduction of Smarter Social Media and the advice we are getting from friends at VC firms and incubators in Santa Monica, Ca and Seattle, Wash.

It has led to the need for a consolidation of lessons. So we at rTag are going to take the weekend and build a new sales package. With this in place, along with the confidence gained over the last two weeks of pitching rTag, we will restart the sales process.
